porkbun.com | Expiring Domains - 5 days or less
= Hello there! =
There are domains in your account (mantidproject) that are expiring in 5
days or less. We suspend most domains after they are expired for 10 days.
At about 21 days after expiration domains are sent to third party auction
services where auctions start at about 26 days past expiration. You may
continue to renew your domains up to 30 days past expiration. Expired
domains will be removed from your account at about 31 days past expiration
and will typically be deleted between day 35 and day 45. Some domains, such
as .cx, must be renewed before expiration to avoid costly redemption fees.
Please read the knowledge base article "What happens after a domain
expires?
for more detailed information.

= AUTO RENEW POLICY =
We will attempt to auto renew domains with auto renew turned on as long
as your account has a valid billing profile. For most domains we will begin
to auto renew at 7 days prior to expiration. You can always change your
auto renew settings here
<https://porkbun.com/account/domains?utm_source=porkbun&utm_medium=email&utm…>.
= DID YOU KNOW? =
Once your domain expires it will eventually get deleted and any services
you have attached to it, such as a website or a custom email address, will
stop working. If you don't renew your domain, it will be released to the
public and anyone will be able to purchase it.

Hi,
Yes we are still having issues and they do need to be resolved. We will be trying to sign our next release in about a month’s time. We know it must be an issue with our network as we have tested this on a home PC and were able to do the signing steps.
We really do need to be able to sign our Windows package to ensure that anti-virus software doesn’t disable Mantid as this causes a lot of problems for users.
Thanks
Sarah

Dear FIT,
We are trying to digitally sign the Windows package of the latest Mantid release. It looks like we are blocked from doing the timestamp step. Is this something you can help with? We have the correct certificate and can sign it without the timestamp but would rather not if possible! We contacted DigiCert for help and they provided the response below. We get a blank website rather than a 404 error so we’re definitely being blocked from accessing the site.
We need to do this 3 times a year so a long term solution would be preferable.
Thanks

Hello Sarah,
Thank you for reaching out to DigiCert Support.
Your firewall might be blocking the site. What happens when you try to access the website? There is not a website there but if you get a 404 error it means the server was contacted and is up [cid:UqqbPAh0LHayMzoHGAubeA3WMGIDHE4cNV8818bvmIAvmxmaUGST3KblWLXoTLZk-73109971031019550485051454854455054954949455156454855.png] .
If you don't get that message then perhaps the site is being blocked on your end,
If you need any additional information feel free to contact us again.

Dear Digicert Support,
I am trying to sign and timestamp an applications we are trying to release. When I use the website http://timestamp.digicert.com it doesn’t seem to work and I get the error message

returned an invalid response.
When I have removed the command /tr http://timestamp.digicert.com and done the digital signature without the timestamp it has worked with no errors.
What could the issue be? Is the service down?

Hello,
Your certificate (or certificates) for the names listed below will expire in 19 days (on 2024-02-04). Please make sure to renew your certificate before then, or visitors to your web site will encounter errors.
We recommend renewing certificates automatically when they have a third of their total lifetime left. For Let's Encrypt's current 90-day certificates, that means renewing 30 days before expiration. See https://letsencrypt.org/docs/integration-guide/ for details.

For details about when we send these emails, please visit: https://letsencrypt.org/docs/expiration-emails/ In particular, note that this reminder email is still sent if you've obtained a slightly different certificate by adding or removing names. If you've replaced this certificate with a newer one that covers more or fewer names than the list above, you may be able to ignore this message.
