FW: Planned Power Outage - 22nd August 5PM

Dear all, We will need to work out what impact this is likely to have on our runners. Although none of them are located in R3 the network server is and we've found we've been unable to remotely access the physical runners and the Windows runners. I think the safest option might be to put Jenkins into shutdown at 3:30pm that day (a Thursday) to hopefully allow jobs to finish before the power outage starts. We can then put Jenkins back on the following morning once we're sure it's all working again. It will affect our ORNL colleagues most but it can't be helped.
