Jonathan many thanks for the minutes. Unless anyone comment otherwise, please don’t hesitate to share these with developers.
Reading paragraph 4 of the minutes - a few follow up things:
- Note, you will be notified when a “cliff” epic kanban is setup. This adjusted setup will probably not be picture perfect from the start. We
will learn and make adjustments
- I will incorporate the feedback from paragraph 4 regarding slide three “The life of an epic once gone into Implementing state”. Will aim to
circulate update if not before then by the next MPB epic prioritisation meeting. Jonathan, please could you add to the start of next MPB prioritisation meeting a reminder for me to bring up the mods we agreed: that is priories not only the ISIS value of epics
in Ready column but also relative to items in Implementing, and the separating out “cliff” epics. This also to those who couldn’t make the last MPB meeting – in this context, fingers crossed David with the paternity leave😊
Note also, after the meeting the Implementation state was split into Implementing (MVP) and Implementing (persevere) to give better visibility of whether an epic is in MVP or moved beyond MVP (state:
