[Mpb] Advertising Mantid User meeting - 6th November

Dear all, As you will have seen from e-mails earlier this week there has been another push to advertise the User Meeting on 6th November. Please can you circulate the information about the user meeting to your networks. As a developer I don't have any science based networks I can circulate to beyond the ISIS Instrument scientist list.
