[Mpb] Update on OSIRIS SI Analyzer epic

Dear all, Rob has made contact with Franz Demmel - the epic owner for the SI Analyzer epic. He seems happy with the work so far. He will contact Rob again when he has more details for the IDF/IPF from engineering. We have no time scales for this so the epic will remain on hold for now. I don't think there is necessarily any need for board members to intervene at present. I will contact you again if there is any movement.
