No Refunds / No Exceptions
There are no refunds on domain renewals, it is your responsibility to ensure auto renew is turned off for domains that you do not wish to auto renew.
What to Expect
There are domains in your account (mantidproject) that are expiring in 5 days or less. We suspend most domains after they are expired for 10 days. Once a domain is suspended it will no longer function, this includes any services attached to it.
At about 21 days after expiration domains are sent to third party auction services where auctions start at about 26 days past expiration. You may continue to renew your domains up to 30 days past expiration.
Expired domains will be removed from your account at about 30 to 31 days past expiration and will typically be deleted between day 35 and day 45. Once a domain is removed from your account you will no longer be able to renew it.
Some domains, such as .cx, must be renewed before expiration to avoid costly redemption fees.

We will attempt to auto renew domains with auto renew turned on as long as your account has a valid billing profile. For most domains we will begin to auto renew up to 48 hours prior to expiration.
For domains with auto renew turned off we will not automatically try to renew them. You can still manually renew them from within your account.

DID YOU KNOW?
Once your domain expires it will eventually get deleted and any services you have attached to it, such as a website or a custom email address, will stop working. If you don't renew your domain, it will be released to the public and anyone will be able to purchase it.
