In case you are interested, it looks like this migration caused the change in behaviour between Mantid 6.6 -> 6.7 https://github.com/mantidproject/mantid/pull/35104

It looks like using VirtualGL 3.1 has fixed the problem, I’ll work on getting you a workspace to test it on.
